M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified.

M&L for termination of APP membrane, a 20 mm x 20 mm chase should be provided. Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system.Prepration of surface of sunken portion and M & L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as Top coat: SikaTop® Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 over reinforcement: Sika® Fab-1 over base coat: SikaTop® Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 etc all as specified and directed. System should have compressive strength: 20 N/mm2; bond strength: 2.0 N/mm2.

On the horizontal surfae :Supply and apply a protection screed 1:2:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound Sika® Plastocrete Plus confirming to IS 2645 at the rate of 0.10 kg per bag of cement.

On vertical surface: Supply and apply a protection plaster (12 – 15 mm) admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound Admixture: Sika® Plastocrete Plus @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement. Product requirements admixture: conforms to IS 2645.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2 for filling in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or wire of size 25x4 mm earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I connected earthing test point/panel complete including PCC earth chamber using PCC(1:3:6) Type C-2 using graded stone aggregate 50mm thick, cast iron frame with CI cover, Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, copper lugs, excavation and earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) Rate included for Adequate quantity of charcoal dust, common salt and Testing commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and as directed. ii) Rates for Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre will deemed to be included in quoted rates. iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for outdoor busbar chamber (feeder pillar) with aluminiumbusbar 250 Amp Capacity, TPN, step type design with 250 Amps Incoming with MCCB&three100 Amps outgoing with MCCBs and provn of 02 Nos earth connection to the chamber, with angle iron legs size 40 x 40 x 6 mm, standard PCC foundation & copping, XLPE cable connection with suitable thimble, cable glandswith all fitting accessories, nut bolt screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for outdoorbusbar chamber (feeder pillar) with aluminiumbusbar 200 Amp Capacity, TPN, step type design with 200 Amps Incoming with MCCB, suitable for one incoming and multi outgoing including din rail for mounting of outgoing MCBs / MCCBs, and provn of 02 Nos earth connection to the chamber, with angle iron legs size 40 x 40 x 6 mm, standard PCC foundation & copping, cable connection with suitable cable glands with all fitting accessories, nut bolt screws etc complete all as specified and directed.
