S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling mild steel work as in angles, tubular ,brackets of vally gutter of any description and in any position.

M&L and fabrication of mild steel work Fe-290 (Gde E-165 as in posts, purlins, rane gantires, rafter ,rails,wind tie nut & bolt etc and fasteningsetc and heavy brackets framing (MS tube, beam,tee,angle,channels,flat section etc and other sections) including distance pieces,cleats etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC rain water pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out upto G+14 storey bldg incl lift wells. Rate incl scaffolding & Safety Net Cloth at places.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound and 1:30 slope to be mainted complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor incl Lift wells

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 with mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Work to be carried out above 14th floor incl Lift wells

M&L for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating ,complete as specified below: (a) Minor cleaning work, Removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Smart Care RP or Epoxy Mortar (b) Supplying & applying High performance polyurea Polyrethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied of spray/brush applied, smart Care Ultron liquid membrance with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305, shore A Hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying Smart Care Ultron or approved equvalent in two coats at 1.2 Kg per Sqm etc complete as per Manufacturer specifications. Make : Asian Paints/Berger paints/Dulux paints/STP/Dr. Fixit/Smart care Note : 1) Work to be carried out from authorised applicator only. 2) Work to be carried out above 14th floor incl Lift Wells. 3) Colour of each coat shall be as directed.

Taking down and refixing GI pipe of any size from inlet and outlet of water tank fixed at roof top

Removing demolished materials outside MD land to a distance exc 5Km but n exc 20Km. Note :- For item No 1 to 14, work to be carried out above 14th floor and scaffolding/safetynet considered in schedule items.

M&L 12 mm dia for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and nut and bolts n. exc 5 cm long all as specified and directed

Supply only hot dipped galvanised mild steel PVC Coated chain link of Size 75mmx75mm, made of 4.0mm dia GI wire, including line wires, or any other approved mesh of any size and dia of GI wire complete all as specified and directed.
