18-20mm thick Granite stone slab (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, cooking platform and the like not less than 1Sqm (in one piece), laid over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:3 after rougheniung of existing concrete surface and applying a layer of neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of stone, including moulding of edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail, lock on either side and gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointing together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing of frame at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 2 universal type suitable for door shutter of 701 to 851mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition to floor of WC with Indian type Water Closet and taking out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose materials with compressed air or any other sutaible method depending on site condition, grinding off any sharp edges etc., all as directed. Applying glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat of Sika Top @seal-107@ 1.50 kg/Sqm glass fibre reinforcement Sika ® Fab-1 and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107@ 1.50 kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or pidilite. Mechanical Protection to treatment with cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with Sika ® plastocrete plus including provision of 25 mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyound outer face of wall. Refilling of sunken portion after water proof treatment with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified and as directed. No payment will be released to contrator without producing the proper record.

NOTE:- Irrespective of whatever specified elsewhere in tender documents, all the debris/waste materials produced out of above mentioned work shall be removed out of Cantonement land and disposed off at locations notified by the Delhi Cantonment Board for disposal of waste building materials within NCR area, without any extra cost to Department under own arrangement of contractors. The rates quoted by the contractors against the items catered here-in-above in the BOQ are inclusive of said provision.
