PART- A : Repairing of digester No.1 - Arrangement of all safety equipment's for the protection of staff to work at height i.e. masks, ladder, oxygen cylinder etc. at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Making of root blower arrangement of suction side to connect with outlet biogas valve and also making a flexible pipe to outside of gas zone near biogas burner so that any bio gas should be burn in gas burner gradually. This includes the cost of hiring charges of root blower (minimum 10 days). Making of electric connection from main supply to digester top roof connection approximate 400 mtr length of 3 phase electric cable of 10 HP motor of root blower, starter panel for operation of 10 HP electric motor and also flexible delivery connection of suction side and delivery side. This also includes cartage, installation charges at root blower of digester approx. 15 mtr height from ground floor. This also includes heavy labour charges to lift the root blower from ground level to top roof of digester through stairs and also includes operation of delivery valve of biogas from digester. This work includes Checking of bio gas in the digester by gas detector device.

Dismantling of glass arrangement from top of digester by removing of all damaged and rusted bolt with the help of gas cutter etc. and removing of damaged glass from the digester.

Supply and fixing of complete tuffen glass of size 2.75 feet X 2.75 feet and thickness 15 mm.

Supply and fixing of CI top cover of these glasses fixing arrangement duly machining, drilling as per size.

Supply of MS nut bolts as per site requirement.

Supply of high pressure packing to bear bio gas composition for tightening of these tuffen glasses to main body of digester.

Supply of wiper inside of glass to clear the bio gas deposit on scale as per site requirement.

Supply of upper glass handle for rotation along with sealing arrangement at center of glass to clear the bio gas deposition inside the glass as per sample.

Dismantling the drip trap from the chamber after separate the drain line with the help of hydraulic crane and manpower and fixing of MS blank flange as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of MS Drip tape made out of 8 mm MS sheet with two Flange of 25 mm thick MS Sample the work include welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, machine, levelling complete as per sample and Fixing the repaired drip trap at site with required hardware good and manpower/crane.

Dismantling of jammed PRV from site after cutting nut bolts etc.

Repairing of PRV i/c replacement of pressure gauge, pressure gas packing & other accessories as per site requirement and Fixing of repaired PRV as per site requirement.

Dismantling the telescopic system completely from the site after cutting nut bolts

Repairing of SS spindle by rementalling, rethreading and repairing of each spare parts for free movement etc. as per requirement and Fixing the telescopic system as per site requirement.

Testing commissioning of the digester No.1 after erection the all above accessories as per site requirement.
