a) Raw Water Intake Pumping station & Sub-station :- Operation & guarding of the pumping machineries & related electrical equipments, operation & maintenance of CCTV surviliance and illumination arrangement on 24 hrs. basis by engaging skilled operators as per direction & upto the entire satisfaction of EIC (w.e.f 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2025) (Minimum 6 nos. operators to be provided)

b) Clear water Pumping station, Sub station & sludge pump house :- Operation & guarding of clear water pumping machineries, back wash pump, dewatering pump, sub-station & related electrical equipments, operation & maintenence of sludge pumps, operation & maintenance of CCTV surviliance and illumination arrangement, and operation of all related accessories at WTP on 24 hrs. basis by engaging skilled operators as per direction & upto the entire satisfaction of EIC (w.e.f 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2025) (Minimum 15 nos. operators to be provided)

c) Gaseous Chlorination System at OHR site (Zone-VI-B, XII, XIII, XIV) under Phase-I:- Operation & guarding of the entire Gasous Chlorination Plant under supervision of competent supervisor round the clock (Minimum 2 nos. operators to be provided at each OHR site) (w.e.f 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2025)

Electro-mechanical Supervision of entire works :- Providing supervisor (HT license holder) & fitter having sufficient experience to supervise, maintain and handle all electrical and mechanical related problems in maintaining close contact with official of PHE Dte., local authorities / administration, CESC / WBSEDCL authority to sustain smooth and uninterrupted water supply. (w.e.f 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2025)

Providing Diploma Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) on full time basis having experience for maintaining water supply of Bally Jagacha Project (Electro mechanical part) (Clear water at WTP, Sludge, Raw water & OHR sites) by making close contact with PHED officials and with local authorities for maintaining smooth water supply. (w.e.f 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2025)

Routine and regular maintenance of pumps, motors, starters, all panels, valves with actuators, EOT crane / hoisting arangement at Raw water pump house, clear water pump house, Sludge pump house, replacement of pressure gauge, vaccum gauge including replacement of push button switches of actuator, indicating lamps / LED, timers all indication and recording meters, fuses, contractors, coils, control wiring and power wiring of panel boards, terminations including supply of all replacement materials including gland packing for all LT distrbution panel board, all operating panels, cable tray to be done. (w.e.f 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2025)

Cost of disel for DG set run for the plant area as entered in the log book (Rate of consumption of diesel is @8 lit per hour. Bill should be drawn as per actual measurement.
