The job includes servicing of the screw type CPE 100 517 Cfm standy air compressor (Compressor B) installed at 800 LPM oxygen plant at Govt. Superspeciality Hospital Sgr. By way of replacement of below mentioned items. This is to ensure that medical air supplied is in its purst and hygenic form. The job further includes testing of the same on load and requisite ambient conditions: (1) Air filter element : 1 No. (2) Separtor Element: 1No. (3) Oil filter Element : 1 No.
P/F of MS C Class black steel pipes IS:1239 of nominal diamter 40mm (approx. 25 RMT) duly welded to flanges, bends and supported on structural steel angle brackets and running through wall punctures if necessary. The job further includes P/F of rubber gaskets, fastners and Pressure Relief Value PRV (6 Bar) for maintaining requisite pressure. The job also includes: connecting PRV to mounted copper header with 25mm copper piping with due brazed jointing.
