Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable rusted GI water mains and removal complete of pipe size 15 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item No. 01 above but 20mm bore

All as per Sl item No. 01 above but 25mm bore

All as per Sl item No. 01 above but 40mm bore

All as per Sl item No. 01 above but 50mm bore

All as per Sl item No. 01 above but 100mm bore

Supply and lay on ground/floor/trench, HDPE pipe of size 110 mm dia OD, 6 Kg/cm2 pressure, PN-6, PE-100 IS4984:16, mild steel metal flanges on both side complete with gasket, bolt, nuts and washers all as specified and directed. Make : Supreme, Prince, Kisan Mouldings Ltd, Adritech, Hallmark etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/repairs to pipe line and getting out in any soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in supporting pillar/blockresting for GI Pipe including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing GI tubing medium grade ISI Marked of 15mm bore laid in trenches/laid under on ground/floor including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge for following sizes:-

All as per item No. 12 above but 20mm bore

All as per item No. 12 above but 25mm bore

All as per item No. 12 above but 40mm bore

All as per item No. 12 above but 50mm bore

All as per item No. 12 above but 100mm bore

Laying of old serviceable Steel water tubings of 15mm bore , as obtained from ser item No 12 here-in-before with providing all new fittings laid in trenches/ laid under floor on ground/floor complete as specified and directed of following bore. Note: Serviceable GI Pipe obtained from Sr item No 12 here in before shall be reused.

S & F in replacement gun metal gate valves of size 15mm bore ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 24 above but 40mm bore

All as per item No. 24 above but 50mm bore

S & F sluice valve with stainless spindle and check nut of size 100mm dia suitable including removing unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) a in finishing road/concrete/pillar/block/necessary form work including finishing to expose concrte surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
