Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in any type of soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm, not exc 250Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel Fe-410-W Gde E-250 or Fe-290 Gde E-165 round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel Gd.I, IS 432 (part I) part -I round bar 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia wire including PVC coated chain link fencing of size 100 × 100mm mesh, made up into matresses or cages, lapped wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary drilling or riveting etc. and smilar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but not exc15 cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts,standard bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed (Each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment).

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, not exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint on new plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Providing PCC type B-2, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns posts etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams etc and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills or gratting etc with ends of bars welded of any size and any design including welding all as directed of Fe 290 Grade E-165.
