Filling with sand (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundation and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each disposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and convince of water to site and all operation,incidental, labour charges and sales and other taxes etc.. hire charges T&P etc.. complete for finished item of work. Construction of plain cement concrete (1:2:4) with 43 grade cement or any other type, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of capacity not less than 0.20 cum capacity and using nominal mix, laid in a approved fixed side form work (Steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film including leveling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expension, construction joints using mastic pad, constraction joints,as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications clause excluding seignorage charges.
