Taking out all old U/S material (Nylon Newar) from Charpoy GI pipe and cleaning of dust, wax, grease and replacing the damaged legs/short rails and elbow etc and making good the frame duly tighten the all loose joints of legs/long/short rails and make good the frame in original shape for fixing plywood/reweaving purpose complete all as directed. Note : Parts/components replaced shall be measured and paid under respective items.

(b) Supply only check nut 32mm dia heavy duty ISI marked

(c) Supply only long rail of GI pipe 32mm dia heavy duty ISI marked

(d) Supply only short rail of GI pipe 32 mm dia heavy duty ISI marked

Labour for cutting the long rail/short rail legs as per the size, threading and fixing in the frame of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 12mm thick ply wood commercial BWR 07 ply plywood (Make as approved by Engr-in-Charge) and fixing same with two Nos of flat iron strip of size 900mm x 32mm x 5mm, bolts, nuts and washers, bolts of size 5x65 mm- 10 Nos round head bolts after drilling the three hole of each long rail and drilling the two hole on each short rail including tightening of loose frame/fixing of loose charpoy GI pipe component to make the frame fit for fixing including two coat of syntetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide on the the iron strip complete all as per specified and as direction by Engineer-in-Charge.(Make of plywood : Kitply/Century ply/Greenply or equivalent)
