S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S.frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC`C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet shall be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specifications & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20 - 25 mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick in CM (1:6) as in cills, jambs soffits, cooking platform laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing 5 mm thick plain sheet glass, ordinary quality with and including provision of new rubber gasket after hacking out old broken glass (any size, quality or description) for existing aluminium joinery, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm with aluminium wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) to ceiling, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new surfaces of walls, parapet walls, chajjas etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions, as specified & directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of grade(C-5) having block density not less than 1800 Kg/cum, exc, 10cm in width and setting in CM 1: 6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for 150mm bore pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Salt Glazed, Stoneware, Drain pipes of 150mm bore, grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed, complete all as specified and directed, Note: Excavation & earth work and PCC for bedding & haunching shall be measured and paid for separately.

Removing/ taking down of existing roof treatment of any thickness and in any position including cement plaster, clearing the surfaces of roof and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and removing debries outside MD Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 300x300X25mm thick (with grey cement and no pigment), set in neat cement slurry laid over terrace and roofs etc including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:3 (in separate process) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

S & F in repairs Vitreous China Wash hand basin white, flat back, size 550x400 mm size (flat back or angle back type)excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand.incl taking down pillar tap complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum), with grating and union for discharge pipe & 32mm dia flush pipe of suitable length (excluding flushing cistern, and waste pipe) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/ damaged concrete (total thickness upto 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Hard concrete shall not be removed by force Note : 2. Item No.89.00 will not be applicable for the locations/areas where item No. 24.00 is applicable.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement by sand blasting with suitable pump as directed by the GE and wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make Feovert of Krishna Conchem or Roffrust cleaner of 'Pidilite' or 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for shear connectors of 8mm dia TMT bars including anchoring of the reinforcement bars in existing RCC members by providing holes of minimum 10 dia of bar depth and grouting in position with loc fix (fosroc), including drilling of holes, cleaning and other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit or Monobond SBR of M/s. Krishna Conchem or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application including necessary scaffolding up to 24 m height complete all as specified and directed

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit or Shalifix RMSG 01 of STP Ltd while the bonding agent is still sticking upto 20mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs (605 x 605 mm) Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling and Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling and cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long and fixing of 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protections, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement with joints 10 mm wide and in full depth at corners and @ 3. m c/c filled with mastic mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment consisting of two coats of acrylic polymer based flexible cementitious elastomeric (Dr.Fixit New Coat/Conipur M800 of BASF/Brushbond of Fosroc Brand/equivalent of SIKA, CICO/ MCBAUCHEMIE) membrane of about 1-1.5 mm dry film thickness over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction over roof slab and taken upto 300mm high in wall etc over & including 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) bedding layer with WPC when the concrete is still green as per manufacturers specifications

M&L for scrapping, cleaning old roof treatment of algae, lichen, any kind of accumulated debris lumps, vegetation complete and preparing the surface all as specified and directed.

Notes : (i)The contractor should be in possession of valid electrical license to execute electrical works. (ii) Supervisor for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works employed by the contractor shall possesses supervisor certificate of competency issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory and the worker/ tradesmen for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works shall hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory. Taking down carefully point wiring of any type & pattern (Light/Fan/Socket or power) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings of any type etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ roof etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with proper colour coding, using 1100 Volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked drawn in and including PVC casing caping (minimum 25mm width) fixed on the surfaces of wall, ceiling etc with all accessories, fittings, PVC junction boxes etc, sunk pressed steel terminal boxes not less than 2 mm thick, 50 mm deep covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fastended with chromium plated brass screws, also including 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly for one light point /fan/bell point controlled by one one way switch, complete all as specified and directed.

The fitting shall be as per Cat no - PE-11-D-L-WXOA of PYROTECH or equivalent Bajaj/Philips/CG complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing earthing and in lieu M&L for new earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth wire 4mm dia to the extent upto 7.5 metre as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts etc, with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm bore (medium grade), earth lead protection pipe 15mm bore light grade with bends, elbow etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earth work, returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to a distance not exc 50 metre, making PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit (Earth chamber) with RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick reinforced with XPM and testing on completion including making test point on wall as per SSR specifications all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade multi-stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS), drawn in and including PVC casing caping fixed on the surfaces of walls, RCC slab/ ceiling/columns / beams etc with all accessories, fittings, PVC junction boxes etc, also including one run of 4.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 Volts multi-stranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly and mains, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm PVC cable, one run of 4.0 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC Casing Caping will be measured as 'one unit' length.

Supply and fixing earthed metal clad socket outlet with earthed plug top 20Amp capacity , sheet metal enclosed and one 20 Amp MCB SP all as specified and diredted.

Supply & Fix Heavy Duty metallic Exhaust fan of sweep 300 mm sweep with frames, blades, mounting anchor fasteners, aluminium louvers made of aluminium sheet of 0.5mm thickness, provision of three core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan, also including making opening of required size in brick/ concrete wall/RCC for fixing of exhaust fan, making good the distrubed surfaces in CM 1:4, complete in all respects, the Exhaust Fan shall be of Cat No EXHD300-4-1 of Crompton or equivalent from Bajaj/ USHA as approved by the GE complete all as specified and directed..
