Island laboratory table for overall dimension 4800mm(L)X1500mm(W)X900mm(H) Modular table shall consist of 3 nos storage cabinet of 750mm(L) on each side of one drawer & below it twin swing door, 2nos storage of cabinet of 600mm(L)having a swing door, 2 nos sink unit PP sink with a 2-way goose neck tap, storage cabinets of the lab table shall be provided with locking facility. The body of storage of cabinet should be made of 0.8mm thick CRCA MS sheet having double side wall and door should be 16mm to 18mm thick with square edges made of 1mm thick CRCA MS sheet. The swing door should be affixed with zero crank hydraulic steel hinges and drawers move on ball slide tetescopic channels. Handles of the shutter should be PVC recessed. Each storage cabinet sink module should be provided with base frame made from30x30x1.2mm CRCA square pipe having nylon adjusters. 3nos Reagant rack of 1200mm length shall be moduler design consisting of bottom frame made of 30x30x1.2 CRCA square pipe and horizontal 2 stage storage of sheleves of 300mm D and reagant rack heghit shall be 650mm. Electrical fitting: 2nos. socket of 5&15 AMP should be provided beow the bottom shelf or regent rack. Top of the table shall be granite of 18mm thickness supported with 12mm thick ply underneath, sharp corner edges of the granite should be rounded off. Drainage pipes and water line provision will be laid down by client.

Providing and fixing wall mounted cabinet having overall size 600mm(L)x380mm(D)x450(H).The storage is made in 0.8mm MS CRCA sheet. The cabinet is provided with two shutters. The shutters are provided with 0 crank hinges. The complete cabinet is duly powder coated upto a thickness of 60 microns.
