Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of whether proof CRCA sheet steel made up of 2mm powder coated MCCB Indoor Type Three Phase Panel of size (H 1200 X L 1100 X D 400 ) mm with suitable to accommodate 125A 4 pole MCCB-1no. as Incomer and 4nos of 63A 4Pole MCCB compartment for as O/G supply with the provisions to accommodate Busbar chamber and cable chamber with size of 33x6mm copper busbar 4 runs having three phase Multifunction meter with line indicators and with all necessary accessories with all other connected works etc. The panel made up of 16/18 SWG CRCA sheet steel comprising of 4 sections with separate sheet steel weatherproof and shock proof safety insulation system conforming to IE Rules with IP protection, and with the panel should be painting by powder coating finishing etc.,as complete and making good of the panel with neat finishing. (Switch make : L & T / ABB) panel should be earthing confirming ISI specifications. The panel should be erected on Anchor fastners, bolts and nuts for mounting the Indoor Panel as directed by engineer-in charge/department superior engineers.

Supply and Laying of 3 1/2C x 50 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run of 25mm x 6mm GI flat with necessary clamps / supports on wall /floor /ground for earth connection.

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection
