Plastering in walls with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.
Terrace flooring of one course of pressed tiles 230x230x20mm over CM 1:3, 20mm thk. mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oiled mortar 1:3 with required slope over the existing RCC roof slab surki concrete including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, crude oil, curing, etc. complete.
Supplying and fixing in position of exterior grade both sides decorative finished pre - laminated MDF board at bottom & top with all necessary fixtures such as handles, hinges, namatha beading, stay rods, L angles, aluminium clips, rubber beading etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
Providing two coats of ready mixed Plastic emulsion painting of approved colour & quality on outer walls over plastic emulsion primer, including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.
White washing two coats with shell lime for ceiling including putty, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, scaffolding, safety measures, etc. complete.
