Size of tiles 600x600mm.

Chequered pre cast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete. On 20mm bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 coarse sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement

Providing & applying Cement Based putty of 2mm thickness of approved brand and manufacture over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing. in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and pre polished machine cut for kitchen, platform, vanity counters, window sills , facial and similar locations of required size, approved shade , colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4coarse sand) joints treated with white cement mixed with machine pigments, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc complete at all level. 15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement:6 fine sand ) .

Providing and fixing of 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make like NITCO , ORIENT , SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy , bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer In-charge in skirting, riser of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg / sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture two or more coats of required shading incl. priming coat with cement primer to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade to give an even shade to new surface with two or more coats applied @3.84kg/sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint,nerolac) for wood work including cost of priming coat.(two or more coat on new wood surface)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete!:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballasts/stone soling 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete.

Providing and fixing G.I/pvc pipe/c.p bath fittings/other accessories of approved quality including required fixtures etc. for plumbing and sanitary including all charges.

Providing and fixing stainless steel kitchen sink with drain board 610 x 510mm and 200mm deep complete job

Providing and fixing washbasin with CI brackets 15mm c.p brass pillar tap 32mm c.p waste of standard pattern including cutting and making good the walls wherever required.white vitreous china wash basin pedestal for wash basin .complete job(parry ware/jaguar or equivalent make)
