Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain in all sort of soil(including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone ) including removing,spreading or stacking the spoil within a lead of 75m as directed. The item including necessary trimming the sides of trenches.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete,including the cost of supply sand .(payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Supplying and laying polythene sheet(150gm/sq-m)over DPC or below floor or roof terracing or in foundation trenches.

Ordinary Cement concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size ) excluding shuttering and reinforcement . If any in ground floor as per IS Codes.(a)pakur variety (P-11,item 5)c)

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross-drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.
