Providing and fixing 18 mm thick , 150mm wide pelmet of coir Veneer board ISI marked IS : 14842 , including top cover of 6mm coir veneer board , nickle plated M.S.Pipe 20mm dia (heavy type) curtain rod with nickel plated brackets , including fixing with 25 X 3 mm M.S. flat 10 cm long fixed to pelmet with Padak wood cleats of size 100 mm X 40 mm X 40 mm on both inner side of pelmet and rawl plugs 75 mm long etc , all complete.

Providing and fixing teak wood lipping of size 25 X3 mm in pelmet.

Providing & fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality - 1.0 mm thick.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty - Float glass panes of thickness 4mm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or morecoats on old work.

French spirit polishing - one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other s sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing 6mm dia G.I.level adjusting hangers (upto 1200 mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5mm dia and 50 mm long , complete.

Providing and fixing designed teak wood (Burma) dimensional corner type show beading to false ceiling with MS screws including polishing the beading with French sprit polishing two or more coats with a base coat of wood sealer. The rate shall include the cost of teak wood beading all other materials labour charges transportation etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge -size 70X45mm.

Providing and fixing designed teak wood (Burma) dimension hand curved show beading to false celing and wall pancling with MS screws including polishing the beading with Melamine polish tow coats at Legislative Assembly Complex building. The rate shall include the cost of teak wood beading all other materials labour charges transportion and taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge - size 70X10mm.

Providing and laying 3 mm thick non-woven synthetic carpet of approved brand and quality to the floor, staircase, steps and landing etc., of required colour/design and make and fixing with rubber based adhesive. The rate shall include wastage in materials, labour charges and transportation charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing designed teak wood (Burma) dimension corner type show beading to false celing with MS screws including polishing the beading with Melamine polish tow coats at Legislative Assembly Complex building. The rate shall include the cost of teak wood beading all other materials labour charges transportion and taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge - size 45X35mm.

Providing and fixing sintex PVC section of size 10" X 144" for plain lining/cladding over the existing wooden frame/aluminium section with necessary screws on unexposed surface. The rate includes the cost of sintex PVC section screws, transportation charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
