Strengthening and 5 years maintenance of Puthukudi-Kalathivayal road (PUR-R21) in Pudukudi Panchayat Km 0/0-3/480,

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A.

Picking the existing B.T surface and sectioning upto 50 mm - 100 mm thick including all labour charges including all labour charges etc,. complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete.

Providing and Laying BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing & laying gravel soling to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved source to work site including labour for spreading and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction of optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sq.m area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface apllied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT &H specification No.803.

Supplying and fixing Kilo Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Name board including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Cautionay Sign board including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.
