Taking down the geysers of capacity 25/35 from its mounting position by removing all water and electric connections and de-assembling the geyser after carrying out the following works:- (a) Descaling, cleaning the inner tank thoroughly and there should not be any bad taste of water. (b) Examining the water tightness of storage tank after cleaning. (c) Examining the physical condition of thermostat, base assembly fusible plug and outer tank for its serviceability. (d) Inspection of pilot lamps. (e) Reassembling the geyser parts and testing including checking all electrical system (ensuring there is no current leakage) and also conducting hydraulic testing. (f) Re-fixing the Geyser and making electric connections, inlet and outlet water connections and testing and checking of all water inlet, outlet valves connected with geysers. Note : Defective /worn out parts if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule as supply and fix.
