Terms and Condition for suppliers:- 1-Supplier will ensure to supply on all a days and round the clock. 2- Representative of the supplier must visit the hospital between 12.00 to 15.00hrs. to collect orders. All items should be supplied on next day, in case of emergency you have to supply as earliest possible time in same day. 3-Same brand of medicines should be supply as per the purchase order issued by CMS/CNB. In case of unavailability of a particular brand, pre information must be given to CMS/CNB before supplying the substitute one. 4 -If supplier fails to deliver supply in time, then Railway Hospital will be free to purchase the item from alternative sources and cost difference if any, will be recovered from the supplier. In addition to that a penalty of Rs.100/ (Hundred Rupee) per item will have to imposed on the supplier if there is a negligence found by railway authority.
