M & L for brickwork with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

Ditto as per item No 7 above but on skirting over and including 10 mm th rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as direced.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) n exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fixing PVC door frame (50x47) mm made out of plain colour 5 mm thich PVC Sheet reinforced with MS Square Tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

Supply and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick ( Style ) consisting of frame made out of MS Tubes for top & bottom rails.MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ' C 'Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC Sheets for top rail , lock rail & bottomrail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC Sheet to be fitted in the MS Frame welded / sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC Sheet beading, jointed together with solvent cement,supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces over a coat of pink primer.

Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces / slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction by weight of cement including filling depressions if any, to receive water proofing treatment (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm over concrete surface. (b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method. (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete wall surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and appling two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and appling two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of 20 cm x 20cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment,set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel gate or doors area exc 4 Sqm but n.exc 6 Sqm in each leaf and making good of damaged pintel hinges, steel handles by necessary welding, replacing the worn out parts, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and refixing in the same opening in true alignmetn with proper levelling and free suspension of leafs complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge. NOTE :- 1. The gate will be removed without demolition/ dismantling of hold fast . 2. The wornout items like pulley, sheel, duide plate, bolts nuts etc shall be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs powder coated aluminuium pipe 20 mm dia as in curtain rod fixed to brackets all as specified and directed. Note brakets shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F in repairs powder coated aluminium brakets fancy type for curtain rods of 20mm dia ,all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing two coat of ShaliCryl 215 UV resistant elastomeric Anti carbonation exterior acrylic water proofing coating including preparation of surface by removing all loose and foreign material, filling cracks/ voids/undulations and applying primer all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.
