M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note : Removing Rubbish material and throwing it outside the empty area.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles premium quality light shade 8 to 9 mm thick square /rectangular polished area of each tiles Exc 0.42 Sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm in floors etc .set and pasted tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tiles water absorption of the tile should be between 3% to 6% including 15 mm th screed bed CM (1:6) and poined in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : adhesive and epoxy measured and paid separately

M&L for applying tile adhesive and epoxy grout for vitrified ceramic tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Premium quality glazed ceramic tile of size 600mm x 300mm thickness 7mm, water absorption between 10% to 20% pasted with spacer, tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tile including 15 mm thick rendereing CM (1:4) and poined in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm th screed bed CM (1:6) and poined in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Granite of any type machine cut 20mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing & with adhesive complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from ceilings & brick walls including wall tiles / terrazzo / kota stone etc. any type of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm to 15mm thick in ready mix plaster on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L preparation newly plastered surface and applying two coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coatof primer including 1mm thickwall care putty complete all as specified and directed
