SH:-II (A/C and Heating System ) Supply installation, testing & commissioning of 1.5 TR Inverter Type air cooled split air conditioning unit of 5 star rating with R-410A refrigerant consist of outdoor unit, indoor unit. Wireless remote control. The outdoor unit shall comprise of rotary/reciprocating compressor, refrigerant should be CFC free, aircooled condenser, fan, fan motor, with corded remote controller, electrical accessories & suitable stand of MS angle iron painted for installation of outdoor unit. The indoor unitr shall be Hi-wall type complete with cooling coil, drain pan, washable pre-filter, first chargeor refrigerant complete as required & as specified.

Complete as required to be installed under/above false ceiling, roof and concealed space, etc. interconnecting to loop cable complete as required. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL /EN listed intelligent Electronic Addressable type Heat Detector (Fixed cum-rate of rise type) with fixed temperature range upto 57 degree Census complete with all fixing accessories like base, base box, self adhesive sticker indicating loop number and address etc. to be installed under/above false ceiling, roof and concealed space, etc. interconnecting to loop cable complete as required. ( To be executed through specialized agency only after due approval of Engineer In-Charge) .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed Addressable type Manual Call Point (break glass type) complete with Input Module, push button, enclosed in box with provision for cable or conduit coupling, self adhesive sticker indicating loop number and address.The unit to be painted fire red outside, white inside and written 'In case of fire break glass. ( To be executed through specialized agency only after due approval of Engineer In-Charge) .

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Response Indicator (METAL CLADE) which consists of steady glowing LED. This LED shall be mounted within a M.S. box and connected in parallel to the built in indicator of the detector as per specifications. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Microprocessor based 02 loop intellegent analogue Addressable Type UL/EN listed Fire Alarm Control Panel, with LCD display ,The panel should be equiped of Sufficiant number of loops with loop capacity to take 125+125 intellegent addressable detectors/ devices in one loop for connecting smoke detectors, manual call points, Hooters etc suitable for operation on 220 Volts, 50 Hz AC power supply, LED indicators to indicate fire and normal operation & power supply status, push button for accept and Reset, maintenance free batteries with minimum 1 hour backup on alarm mode & 8 hours on normal operation mode with battery charger etc., shall be complete as required. SH:-5 (DG Set ,AMF and Servo Stablizer) Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Silent Type diesel generating set alongwith having prime power rating of 30 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz., 3-Phase system and for 0.85 Load factor and consisting of the followings : A) Diesel Engine :Diesel Engine 4 Stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at NTP conditions and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted completed with all the required accessories. B) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following : i) Start-Sop switch with key. ii) Water temperature indication iii).Lubrication oil ......(For Details please refer SOQ in Tender Document.) C) Alternator :Synchronous, alternator rated at 30KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 3-Phase 50 Hz., AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at NTP condition. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4772/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation. Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping of suitable dia welded black M.S. 'B' class pipe 2.5 inch (65mm) conforming to IS:1239 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rockwool, 50 mm thick wiremesh and aluminium cladding etc. as required as per specifications.

Dismantling , Transportation and Shifting of 25 KVA make DG sets from existing location to AAI Stor as directed by the E-I-C with all acessories AMF Panel, Power cable, Diesel Tank and pipe lines, Exaust pipe lines etc complete as required.

Supply Installation testing and commissioning of 25 KVA output, 3 phase, natural Air cooled and unbalanced type Servo controlled voltage Stabilizer having input voltage range 360-460 V and out put voltage 415±1% at frequency 50 HZ with a efficeny of >98% having input and output digital Voltmeter with seclector switch and digital ammeter with seclector switch, with over and under voltage tripping and inbuilt bypass & MCCB and other specification mentioned in Specification sheet.

Dismantling and Shifting of 1 no 20 KVA Servo Stablizer from existing location to AAI Store as directed by the E-I-C with all acessories Power cable etc complete al as required.

SITC of 63A ,4 pole Onload Changeover Switches with spreaser links, Terminal Shrouds, Source Separator and PhaseBarriers and Sheet steel enclosure as per OEM recommendation
