REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND EXTERNAL PLASTER OF SCHOOL BUILDING UNDER AGE BR II UNDER GE FAIZABAD

Demolition of existing roof treatment on roof any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed and clening of roof with water ,complete all as specified .

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for roof Padding complete all as specified.

M&L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof of (Multistorey Bldg) etc, comprising with the following operation & as specified here in below :-(a) M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth with out using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified. Note:WPC measured and paid seperately.

All as per item no. 3 but Providing Atactic Polypropylene polymer (APP) modified five layered prefabricated waterproofing membrane with thermal fusible properties on both side having minimum 3.00mm thick and unit weight not less than 4.00kg /sqm reinforced with non-woven spun bonded polyester reinforcement < -2 C cold flexibility. The layer of the membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints properly ,leaving no bare edges or end of APP membrane and finishing the surfaces with trowel or otherwise to obtain a uniform surfaces . The minimum side lap and end lap shall be kept at 75mm and 100mm respectively. The membrane shall be laid over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.300 kg/ltr per sqm made by the same membrane manufacture after necessary surfaces preparatory works such as cleaning the surfaces thoroughly, shaping mouth of outlets including cutting grooves (50mm x50mm) in parapet and inserting edges of membrane and mending goods damage by sand cement mortar (1:4) and shall be finished in all respect as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 3 but Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitummen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified. Note: - Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorized specialized agency/ applicator which will further have to rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

M& L for cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cm20mm thick machine pressed set in jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in roof laid on 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note :WPC will be measured and paid sepreatly)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked as approved by GE.

Taking up or down steel water tubing of 25mm dia bore and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Refixing old steel tubing of 25mm dia bore pipe and connectin in new or old positionall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 25mm dia bore GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling /demolition of breaking up drain pipes of any bore PVC (SWR),salt glazed ware ,AC pipes set in cement morter or clamps in floor,wall etc complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) rain water,soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/ floor complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for stack clamp out of 25mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nut and securing ends of stays to wall or roof fixed with any type bore of pipes complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster removal of rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work, finished even & fair in CM 1:4 with WPC, complete all as specified.. (Note :WPC will be measured and paid sepreatly) Note: Sand are used only Zone Specification .

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying applying two coat of exterior weather proof paint over one coat of primer over 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified .primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying applying two coat of exterior weather proof paint over one coat of primer over 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified .primer complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified .

Dismantling of PVC water storage tank exc 500 and not exc 1000 ltrs capacity and removing to store.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks in three layers (cylindrical vertical with close top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 20/25mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwedfor iron pipe fixed complete.

S&F Gun- metal,globe or gate valves with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipes for 25mm bore of pipe complete.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Framed work such as grills, grating doors or gates etc. of angle with ends of bars shouldered and or rivetted or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings for terrace, framework of watertanks and similar work confirming to Fe - 290 complete all as specified and as directed.
