Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS 280 and IS 4826 in 100mmX100mm mesh ( woven diagonally ) including 10 percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 KG each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301.

Flood Protection work:

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary soil Upto 3 m depth

Providing and laying wire created boulder structures boulder size 22.5 cm to 45 cm having 25 kg average weight for each i/c dumping/laying in S.W.G. Wire mesh of 10 cm x 10 cm (woven diagonally) 4mm dia i/c packing with small size stone spalls and carrying of boulders from a lead of 50 mtr and lift up to 1.5 mtr i/c lying properly the mesh by cutting the mouth and hoisting of wire where felt necessary as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge technical specifications Clause 1301. ( Based on SDB Rural Road Chapter-14, Item No.14.2)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 i. Stone/Boulder
