Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete

S&F for mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops for making double swan neck i.e. "Y" shaped or shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including treated embedded portion of posts and struts with tar or coal tar black paint complete.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal / square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm complete.

S&F for Mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for colours hooking ends and binding with including securing post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as required, drilling holes notching for wire etc complete.

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M&L for painting of newly steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete.

Suply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing of mesh size 50 mm x 50 mm with 10 gauge wire minimum weight 3.50 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc with flat rough finished surface of concrete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) in M-25 grade as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and similar works.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per item No 12 above but 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F for concertina coil with punched tape of 600 mm dia (when stretched), centre core wire of minimum 2.5 mm dia of mild steel wire conforming to IS 280-2006 with galvanised coating of steel concertina coil as per requirements laid down for medium coated wire in IS : 4826 "Hot dipped galvainsed coating of round steel wires". Conretina coil shall be fixed in diamond shape with the help of dovetail two handle and spikes shall be fixed at both end of coil,minimum straight length of the wire 150 RM for 10 RM of work ,minimum weight 13.5 Kg for 10 RM of work complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : The actual weight of concertina coil brought by the contractor at site shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE).

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in anchorage blocks for hold fast, post and struts and similar work with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc complete all as specified.

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
