Renovation OR Upgradation of Existing Green House Facility

Renovation/ Upgradation of Existing Green House Facility, Size : 50’ x 20’ x 8’ x 12’ With Two year against i) all spare parts ii) electronic & electrical instruments iii) manufacturing defects.

1. The entire structure of the greenhouse should be constructed by removing of Old Polycarbonate Sheet and Providing, fixing of New (Ultralite make) Multi walled UV stabilized Polycarbonate Sheet over the complete Green House, 6mm double walled in ECS area and 10mm Four layer in Air-conditioned Zone including False ceiling and all the sides Fixing of the PC sheet should be done using anodised aluminium profiles, EPDM gaskets, silicone sealants and accessories.2. Upgradation of Buffer Room with New Cladding using Metallic 6mm Double walled UV Stabilized Polycarbonate Sheet, Ventilation Fan, New Door Cladding and locking/closing accessories. 3. Shading Arrangements with rolling mechanism 75% agro shade net with rolling system will be provided over the roof top of Green House.4. Cooling efficiency Improvement: Providing and fixing of New COOLING SYSTEM (Force Type Dual Cooling System) Biotech Air Conditioner Heavy Duty cooling system with Backup ECS cooling- Special biotech commercial type air conditioner systems ( 4 Nos. ) cooling capacity 18000 BTU/Hr. ( Total 72000 BTU/Hr.) in which two Air-conditioner works as Stand By to each other to maintain temperature range between 26oCto 30oC ± 2oC throughout the year. With Force type and dual Cooling arrangements for easier RH and Temperature maintenance. All the Air conditioners runs on 3 phase electrical supply for longer and trouble free operation with accumulator. With a separate cooling area within the Air-conditioned Zone for better and optimum Temperature Maintenance {Size: 15’ x 3’ x 8 (L x W x H )} and separate entry.ECS CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL:-. Eco friendly. 18 GA GI Sheets; Tray Side, Top etc Cooling Media: 100 mm thick Cellulose Pad at velocity of 1 to 3 m /s to give efficiency from 60 to 95 %. Filtration: CALBA ISI 25 to 55 viscous filter for 30 µ efficiency. Miscellaneous: Fasteners, Galvanized, Rivet- Aluminium. PVC pipe: 20mm/25mm/32mm with L & T. Water Tank: PVC Tank 500 liters. Monoblock pumpset: 1 HP with thermal protection. Cooling Pad Size : 14’x 4’ x 100mm Providing and fixing of 36” Slow speed axial flow fans ( 2 Nos. ) with Stainless Steel Propeller in ECS zone for better cooling efficiency with New Cooling Pads ( 34’ x 4’ ) 100mm thick using New Galvanised Gutter and water distribution system. (Backside of Cooling Pad area will further be covered with 40 mesh size Stainless Steel Mesh duly fixed with Aluminum Grippers). Providing and Fixing of Modulated Actuated electrical Damper fitted with 18” Exhaust Fan and Pre Filter on another end above the False ceiling area for better temperature regulation. 5. Providing and fixing of AUTOMATIC CONROL STSTEMS :- Microprocessor Photosynthesis control Panel:- ( User friendly ) for Temperature Control System, Relative Humidity Control System and Programmable Photoperiodic Timer duly fixed with L&T make contractors and miniature circuit breakers with rigid standard of safety ( Individual for Each Zone ) in Pre Entry Area.6. Humidification System (Individual for each area): Micro fogging system will be installed in each sections Fogger discharge range:-7.0 LPH, Working pressure - 4 bar at this pressure, the average droplet size:- 50 to 100 micrometer. Density of one fogger:-4.0 m, 1 HP Monoblock (Servo/Crompton make) pump with nozzles, Screen fitter, LLDPE pipes etc. ( Existing water storage tank will be used for providing water supply for each Humidification system.7. Providing and fixing of Heating System with Inbuilt auto thermal cut off device, Biotech grade 2.5 KW. It has ISI standard make heating element and ISI standard 900 rpm speed fan they prevent SO2 injury to plants as caused by other make of heater due to improper combustion of fuel gases as a common phenomenon seen in green house . Input 200-240 VAC, 50 HZ, single phase. Ambient 5°C to 50°C, RH up to 90%. No. of Heater : 4 Nos. in ECS Zone and 2 Nos. in Air-conditioned Zone.8. Providing and Fixing of Grow Light system PAR using Special Photosynthetically Active Radiation Lamp:- Intensity with fluorescent light and Photosynthetically Active Radiation lamps (PAcRa) are specific action spectra lamps for photosynthesis for research and commercial production. PAR illumination 100 µmoles/m2/s additive only and as per DIN and IEC standard using High Flex Fluorescent Lighting system and LED Lamps in both the Zones. 9. General paint, repair and service: The entire structure from inside and outside will be repainted and repaired as required. 10. Electrification: Complete facility will be provided with new electrical connections using FR grade electrical copper wires (Finolex/Polycab make) and standard electrical fittings and gears. 11. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: Miscellaneous Stainless Steel Washbasin, aluminum ladder etc. should be provided. All fittings should be of ISI or equivalent material.12. Servo Voltage Stabilizer of suitable capacity for individual Sections.
