Supply of Double pole structure materials without Bed Channel, Structure clamp, Stay set, Poles, 400/200A Single contact AB Switch, Double Pole Bracing set etc., and Labour charges for the following erection works :- (Section Switch) (a). Erection of 30 feet RCC poles including excavation of pit, refilling and concreting for a size of 0.45 x 0. 45 x 0.75 mts and coping 0.45 x 0. 45 x 0.45 in 1:3:6 ratio using cement, 20 mm HBG blue metal and sand with all materials. (b). Erection of DP structure without Bed channel including V cross arm, F clamp and pin insulator. (c). Erection of 200/400 A Single contact AB Switch, and Double Pole Bracing. (d). Earthing of DP Structure and AB Switch and all metal parts with 50 mm dia of B Class GI pipe of 3 Mts length and connected with all metal parts with No 8 GI wire. (e). Erection of required No of HT Stay set as per site condition. (f). Painting for RCC pole with cement paint and metal parts with Aluminum paint. (g).Fixing of Danger board and Name board.(All works to be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

Labour charges for laying of one number 11 KV 3 Core 95 Sq.mm XLPE HT UG Cable for a trench size of 0.5 m width and 1.2 m depth direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering by (RCC trough) and refilling the trench etc. as required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing of DP Structure and AB Switch Lightning arrestor and all metal parts with 50 mm dia of B Class GI pipe of 3 Mts length and connected with all metal parts with No 8 GI wire, and Earthing of Transformer Neutral with 50 mm dia of B Class GI pipe of 3Mts. length and connected with neutral with No 2 copper wire. (v). Erection of require No of HT Stay set as per site condition. (vi). Erection of 11 KV HG fuse and 11 KV Lightning arrestor. (vii). Wiring the complete structure with No 2 copper. (viii). Erection of 11KV Metering Cubicle. (ix). Wiring of Metering Cubicle with complete set. (x). Painting for RCC pole with cement paint and metal parts with Aluminum paint. (xi). Fixing of Danger board and Name board.(All works to be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

Earthing of DP Structure and AB Switch Lightning arrestor and all metal parts with 50 mm dia of B Class GI pipe of 3 Mts length and connected with all metal parts with No 8 GI wire, and Earthing of Transformer Neutral with 50 mm dia of B Class GI pipe of 3 Mts. length and connected with neutral with No 2 copper wire. (v). Erection of require No of HT Stay set as per site condition. (vi). Wiring the complete structure with No 2 copper. (vii). Shifting and erection of Existing Distribution Transformer. (ix). Painting for RCC pole with cement paint and metal parts with Aluminum paint. (x). Fixing of Danger board and Name board.(All works to be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

Construction of Plinth for erection of Transformer (2) and for erection of HT Trivector meter (1) of required size with country brick or cement block or AAC block and painting with cement paint as directed by the Engineer-in -charge

Shifting of Transformer from the existing structure to the proposed structure

Supply and erection of 8 Way 800 Amps SS Pillar box as per department specification and foundation for SS Pillar and erection with Masonry structure or Metal structure as per the site condition as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for earthing of SS Pillar box with required size of GI Wire and GI pipe as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 3 ½ X 300 Sq.mm XLPE LT UG Cable as per department specification and Labour charges for laying in the existing trench and end termination with gland and lugs

Supply and erection of ACSR 7/2.59 Conductor in between the structure with required 11 KV disc insulator ,11 KV pin insulator, V cross arm and TI fitting etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of DP structure materials(4Sets) single contact AB Switch(4Sets) , Tubular poles(8Nos) , Metering cubicle(1No), and related materials and handing over to sub-store or section office
