Taking down of chowkat or frames with shutter of any discription (without taking off shutters from frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as directed.

All as per Item No 01 above, but exc 1.50 sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each and -ditto-

Taking down only shutters of any description area n.exc 1.0 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 03 above but area exc 1.0 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 sqm each and -ditto-

Taking down cement plaster on Brick/Concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and Removing Rubbish of the MD Land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing). removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work,precast concrete block walling or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block (1:3:6) Type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) masonry with solid block,exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7 mm mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hardwood plain solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebatted on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pressed steel door frames (105mm x 60mm) with singe rebates including necessary fixing lugs,hinges,lock strike plate,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but but size of frame 125x60mm and -ditto-

S&F 2nd class hardwood factroy made plain framed panelled shutter, 35 mm thick, B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm factory made 2nd class hardwood Glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain,chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred bead for securing glass,etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting emulsion for post construction antitermite treatment for soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling 12 mm dia holes and plugging the holes with cement mortar (1:2) etc to match with existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting emulsion for post construction antitermite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling holes and plugging the holes with cement mortar & matching the existing surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 50mm x 47 mm size PVC solid door frame of size made out of single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing shown in SSR 2020 Part II. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 30mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter (with fittings) (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain Colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck in side with solvent cement for stiles and plain Colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain Colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing shown in SSR 2004 Part II. complete all as specified and as directed

S & F for powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, powder coated of any color (tickness of powder coating not less than50 micron) with one or more rebates including cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed

S & F powder coated alluminium shutters for windows and ventilators three track sliding type without sash bars aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips rubber packing,anodised snap beading,screws,anidised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No).sliding roller for each shutter , locking arrangement for each shutter complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 18-20 mm WPC (Wood polymer composite) board with one side decorative face and other side white plain ,fixed in repairs to built in cupboard/ward robe partitions, shutters,cabinets,wall mounted cabinets,drawers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick external teak wood lipping fixed to18/19mm thick block board or veneered particle board fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type 100mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening of rolling shutter of following sizes (without taking down from position but by opening hood cover), and applying grease for trouble free operation, refixing the hood cover in position and making functional complete all as specified and directed:-(Note : Replacement of parts will be measured and paid for seperately in respective items as a supply only )

S&F in repairs 25mm dia mild steel connecting rod fitted to gear wheel and bevel gear complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs lath section made from cold rolled steel strips 1.20 mm thick with inter-locking curls at both edges and a deep corrugation at the centre with a bridge depth of not less than 12 mm and each lath section shall be continous single piece with out any welding joint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Suspension shaft made out of mild steel pipe confirming to IS-1161-1968, medium class 40mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing the debris out side defence land , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Plinth Protection finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
