M & L for 35 mm thick factory made Second class hardwood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc with sash bar any number fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/ gauze etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I section 8, Section 8.24(a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification and drawing.

Note for item No :-01 to Item No-116 (a) The contractor shall employee two team comprising with 04 Nos of Painters separately for N-1 Area and 03 Nos for Nair,Kuldeep,Power House, Lal Sports Complex in terms of execution for item Sl No 01 to 08. (b) Newly alloted Offr Md Qtr will be completed within 03 days and Airmen Md Qtrs within 02 days aftter receiving the Key from JE Office. (i) Priority-I : Complaints pertains to major water leaks, air locks, flushing cistern,replacement of bib Tap,Pillar Tap,Angle Cock, PVC Connections,small fittings of GI,replacement of rusted GI Pipe line,Float Wall,Replacement of Water storage Tank in case of Heavy leakage,Plaster in Patch wk of internal/external etc will be attended on priority-I and the same will be completed within 8 to 12 hrs. (ii) Priority-II : Complaints pertains to re-glazing of door and windows, easing of joinery,replacement of wire mesh etc will be attended on priority-II and the same to be completed within 72hrs. (iii) Priority-III : Compaints pertains to tiling,flooring and similar nature will be attended within a week. (iv) Priority-IV : Complaints pertaining to Ser No 91 to 95 shall be carried out within 5-7 days on receipt. (v) Contractor or his supervisor shall collect the complaint/job card from JE concerned between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs dailly on working days and deposited the same after completion of job duly signed by user/occupants. (vi) Summary of complaints will prepared by the contractor and put up to Engineer-in-Charge last date of every month. (vii) If contractor shall not attend the complaint as per time frame given in Para (i) to (vii), Rs 100/- per complaint will be recovered from the RAR/Final bill.
