Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface P/L hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5 mm thick including reflectionsing glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of suraface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes. Providing and laying bituminious concrete Grading 2 with Batch type hot mix plant producing 120 TPH using crushed aggregates from Kabrai quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG_30 @ 5.4%, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, tandem roller and Pneumatic Tyre roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects. Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom.
