Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including quoins and arches all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) n exc 15 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of cement concrete of any descrip-tion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil including cleaning away all grass vegetation, sapling, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 Metres outside the periphery of the area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Ditto all as per item No 7 here in before but except bricks all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 9 here in before but except bricks all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, benching, coping, bed blocks and roof kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply & Fix precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 set in C:M 1:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate louvres and jallies, 40mm thick measured solid, including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately) all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Ditto all as per Srl item No.14 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Use & waste of Form work to sides and soffits of beams, chajjas and the like for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

S&L sand as filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

M&L for providing factory made pre-cast kerb stone of size 45 cm x 25 cm x15cm in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, set in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of appropriate primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, confirming to GDE Fe410-O or Fe-310-O complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S&F Mild steel plain black sheeting 1.25mm thick welded as in door shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

S&F Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanized steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, not exc 4 kg per Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C – 2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick Cement Conrete1:2:4 type B–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 350 & 7mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles with matt finish, 6 to 8 mm thicksquare or rectangular area of each tile exceeding .11 sqm but not exceeding .18 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick masonary and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F mild steel work as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, and necessary provision of V – notch including welding and cutting at bottom etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F Chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; ton-gues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc., and similar articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete duly welded all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Each line to be measured separately)

S&F Galvanised Iron hot dipped chain link fencing of size 75mm x75mm made up with 3.15mm dia of wire fixed to any type of standered rails, straining bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal / square nuts exc 10 cm and not exc 15mm , dia of neck 5 to 10mm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on preparation of newly steel surfaces over a coat of Zinc chromate primer any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of steel surfaces over a coat of primer any description over 10 cm width of girth not otherwise described all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in man hole cover slabs, of any thickness, size or shape including necessary from work, finished concrete surfaces fair and even in cement mortar set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Desilting of existing drain removing of mud, soil, etc for a depth of 1m and deposit at 500m away from the site complete all as spefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level exceeding 1.5km but n. exc 5.00km above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 150mm thick (compacted) WBM with coarse aggregate grading (63mm to 40mm size) using quartzite/ flint stone etc blinded with stone screening type ‘A’ spread, rolled & consolidated with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to require camber and gradient complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, including watering as necessary filling in hollows and depressions to required true gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250 mm long. 150 to 200 mm wide and 150 mm deep and sides dressed, bedded in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metalic floor hardner 5% by wt of cement and struck flush all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for edge stone to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300 mm long x 150 to 200 mm wide and 450 mm deep & sides dressed, bledded in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by wt of cement and struck flush all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
