Taking out old damaged PCC pole of any size incl breaking PCC foundation and clearing the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old rusted cross arms/ anti climbing devices incl clamps, nuts/ bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old burnt HT jumpers of any size/ type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable rubber matting of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable HT lightening arrestors of any size/ type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pole foundations etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/ struts etc including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pole/ strut coping including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI tubes, 80 mm bore, 'light grade' for cable protection on poles/ walls/ under road/ culvert etc complete all as directed including taking down old unserviceable GI tubes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI tubes, 100 mm bore, 'light grade' for cable protection on poles/ walls/ under road/ culvert etc complete all as directed including taking down old unserviceable GI tubes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement operating handle for outdoor type HT 11 KV GOD switches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of polymer type air break switch, gang operated, triple pole, rotating type, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps and working pressure 11000 Volts with drop out type fuses set 12 insulators (three numbers of 400 Amps capacity) complete including dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulator hand operating mechanism for replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Serial item no 12.00 here-in-before but of capacity 200 Amps.

Taking out the existing sign board of any size/ type and supply and install Retro Reflective Sign Boards for electrical installation of size 4 feet x 5 feet (print area) as per the following specifications:- (a) Post (pillar type) 55mm dia 2mm thickness SS 304 grade 9.5 feet long -02 Nos fitted with MS base plate 150mm x 150mm x 5mm thickness at the bottom and 50mm dia SS half balls on the top. (b) Pipe for print area frame using 32mm dia 1.2mm thickness SS 304 Grade pipe and 06 Nos connecting pipes of 50mm length. (c) SS rivetted strip 2mm thickness and size 30mm length & 25mm width- 16 Nos. (d) 3mm thick ACP sheet (aluminium composite sheet) of size 4 feet x 5 feet alongwith 1mm thickness retro reflective material for approved colour and writing work in capital letters and numbers on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. (e) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 300mmx 300mmx 450mm- 02 Nos for grouting of sign board including earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement route indicator for HT cable, disc type, of size 150 mm dia made out of Cast Iron, of 8 mm thickness embossed with "MES HT CABLE" and fixed on angle iron 35 x 35 x 5 mm, 600 mm long and painted in anti corrosive brown color paint including embedding in PCC foundation block 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm, duly fixed in ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of the outdoor type HT 11 KV 200 amps/ 400 amps capacity gang operated air break switch mounted on HT two pole/ four pole structure by properly adjusting the mountings for ON/ OFF operation by working from ground level, adjusting the length of operation rod, lubricating the moving parts, tightening of all nuts/ bolts, checking of all jumper connections for proper contact of male/ female contacts, replacing worn out spares and testing for proper working complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Spare parts, if required, will be measured and paid separately in relevant items here-in-after as Supply Only.

Supply only moving contact blade (male contact) suitable for 200 Amps/400 Amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only spring loaded fixed contacts (female contact jaw) suitable for 200 Amps/400 Amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified.

Supply only post insulators suitable for 200 Amps/400 Amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only tinned copper flexible wires woven connecting jumper suitable for 200 Amps/400 Amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only MS jumper carrier for 200 Amps/400 Amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for anti climbing devices, spikes type, fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, Washers and clamps made to shape to suit the size of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for laying of cable, erection of poles etc. and getting out including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers/ bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide, exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exeeding 3.0 mtr in depth, for erection of poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type-1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables as specified in SSR Part-I in trenches/ ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Disconnecting and taking out existing defective HT cable of any size complete including joints/ protection pipes etc from trenches/ ducts/ poles etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 11 KV (Earthed), aluminium conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC inner sheathed galvanised steel strip armoured and over all PVC sheathed electric power cable (Heavy duty) conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, sand cushioning, pipe and PCC cable protection cover shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cross arms, supports, clamps etc., fabricated out of structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the electrical supply, disconnecting incomming/ outgoing cable connections & earthing connections, taking out the existing transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA from the sub station building using crane of suitable capacity and shifting the same to another site, reinstalling as directed, making all incomming/ outgoing cable connectios and testing for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - All T&P, vehicle for transportation of the transformer, crane etc shall be arranged by the contractor and unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of the same.

S&F in replacement of composite silicon rubber polymeric pin type insulator 165mm height, 100mm dia for 11000 Volts grade, 5 kN with ECR glass rod, forged steel top and bottom, silicon rubber housing and weather sheds, including one galvanized mild steel spindle, galvanized iron nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of disc type insulator composite silicon rubber polymeric type 200mm height, 100mm dia for 11000 Volts grade, 45 kN with ECR glass rod, forged steel tongue and cleaves, silicon rubber housing and weather sheds complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, closed at top as specified, type 410, SP-55 (11 metre long) including painting with two coats of black bitumenous paint externally up to the planted depth and internally throughout and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Excavation & earthwork, foundation concrete will be measured & paid for separately under respective item(s).

Supply and fixing Lightening arrestor, expulsion type for outdoor use complete with all fitting transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps, nuts and washers and connecting to earth wire 4 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F chequered rubber matting for electrical purpose, ISI marked, of size 1 metre X 2 metre and 19 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting wild grass, bushes shrubs etc and cleaning of area/ yard of sub station buildings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F jumpers in red/ yellow/ blue colour for HT lines/ connections made from aluminium conductor, single core, PVC insulated cable of suitable size complete including winding wires, aluminium tapes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling and pouring of transformer oil conforming to IS 395-1983 having di-electric strength minimum 60 KV / 2.5 mm including topping up in transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing the repainted surfaces of old steel tubular pole of upto 11 metre length by removing dust/ rust etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Pole alongwith cross arms as fixed on two pole/ four pole structures shall be measured and paid as single unit under this item only.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I 1991 connected to earthing test point panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber in 1:3:6, type C-1, Cast Iron pit cover and frame, charcoal, salt including earth lead protected by 40 mm dia, medium grade GI pipe and 20 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete.

S&F in replacement GI strip 32 x 6 mm and connecting from earth test point to lightening arrestor installed on top of 11 mtr long poles four pole/ two pole structures complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
