Earth work in foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with doublers (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing & leveling the bed & depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including Cess and cost of all labour T&P & dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9) thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2) size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6) thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance,& labour, T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
