Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete lining 15cm thick or less for channel using cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm niminal size and curing complete

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level including cost of binding wire with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Stone work on plain Ashlar Cyclopean in superstructure upto floor two level including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 sand) in:-Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like: floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement complete. Granite of any colour and shade

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , installation , testing and commissioning of stainless steel SS-304 grade, 0.05 inch or 1.27 mm thick sheetstorage tank of capacity 1000 liters within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of stainless steel bib cock long nozzle 15mm dia within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing waste water pipe 32mm dia within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing GMS tube 15 mm dia. (i/c) fitting in walls in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing fixing and commissioning of clear water quality monitoring system (multiparameter analyser) with data logger, panel and other accessories including all elctrical fitting and accessories from power source to main system within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
