Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in mud mortar.

Demolishing R.B. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:4:8 or leaner mix.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings , bases for columns.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to center

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing complete.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings including trenching and refilling etc. (external work) - 80 mm dia nominal bore.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying brick block of size 0.34x0.34x0.30mts. In C.M. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) using well burnt country bricks of class designation 35 for launching apron including the bed, laying to the required levels, slop etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) - Flush / Ruled / Struck or weathered pointing

Cleaning of the existing black topped surfaces with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 503.3.1 of MOST specification

Providing and applying tackcoat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on black topped surface bitumen @ 5kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 25mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6-10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B' comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain & brass threaded fittings this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step ASTM solvent cement, trenching refilling & testing of joints Complete (External work) - 100mm nominal outer dia pipes

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
