PART-A Supply, Delivery and storage at site of horizontal Split casing Centrifugal Pumping Machineries motor with baseplate, flexible coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolt etc. having the following specification and as per NIT. :(pumps suitable for PLC operated unmaned operation facility) Discharge :- 177 m3 per hour Generated Head :- 65 MWC TEFC motor 55 KW, IE3, as per IEC/60034 H-Q-P Curve of pumps in test bed has to be submitted during the delivery.

Supply, delivery and storage at site manually operated CI rising spindle 250 mm dia Sluice Valve as per IS : 14846 PN-1.0 and as per detail given in the NIT . :- N.B. : Test Certificate to be produced for each valve ( AT SUCTION SIDE OF PUMP )

Supply, delivery and storage at site of CI doble flanged single door swing check 200 mm dia N.R.V with by-pass arrangement as per IS : 5312, Part-I, PN-1.6 and as per detail given in NIT. :-N.B. : Test Certificate to be produced for each valve. (AT DELIVERY SIDE OF PUMP)

Supply, delivery and storage at site 200 mm dia double flanged Cast Iron actuator operated butterfly valve generally conforming to BS 5155 and disc conforming to IS:210 ,PN-1.6. and as per detail given in NIT. :- N.B. : Test Certificate to be produced for each valve (AT DELIVERY SIDE OF PUMP )

Supply, delivery and storage at site 300 mm dia double flanged Cast Iron gear operated butterfly valve generally conforming to BS 5155 and disc conforming to IS:210 PN-1.6.and as per detail given in NIT. :-N.B. : Test Certificate to be produced for each valve. (AT COMMON DELIVERY HEADER )

Supply, delivery and storage at site 80 mm dia Cast Iron kinetic double orifice air released valve as per relevant IS, PN-1.6.and as per detail given in NIT. :-N.B. : Test Certificate to be produced for each valve. (AT COMMON DELIVERY HEADER )

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site suitable M.S. Dismantling Joint i) DN 250 mm PN 1.0 ( for suction side of pump )

ii) DN 200 mm PN 1.6 ( for Delivery side )

iii) DN 300 mm PN 1.6 ( for common header of pump )

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site Bourdon type glycerine fellet pressure & compound gauges, 150 mm dia cast Aluminium Dial with , SS internal, DN 15 GI impulse line with three way cock. a) Pressure Guages (0 - 15 kg/cm2)

b) Compound Guages ( +1 to -1 KSCG)

Supply, Delivery & storage at site of vertical submersible dewatering pump of Discharge 10 m3/hr at Head 9 mtr with motor as per detail given in NIT.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site of 250 mm dia , 200 mm dia & 300mm dia. 8 mm thick MS Black Pipe conforming to IS:3589 Gr.330 (For Suction, Delivery & Delivery Header) along with necessary Bends, Bellmouths, fittings viz. flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets , eccentric reducers 250 X 200 mm, concentric enlarger 200 X 150 mm etc. as reqd. to make the installation complete in all respect and as per NIT. ( For individual suction,discharge line of pump under Sl no 1)

Supply delivery and storage at site of Ultrasonic type continuous level measuring unit with provision of 4 to 20 mA analogue signal, indicator and recorder for continuous level monitoring as well as 5 nos. relay out put for sensing high, low, low - low level in suction sump as per specification given in NIT.

Design, Manufacture and Supply, Delivery & Storage at site of 2 MT capacity 10.0 mtrs. Span x 8.0 mtrs. Lift X 12.0 mtrs. Travel, Single Girder Construction H.O.T. Over Head Travelling Crane complete with Indef Brand Triple Spur Gear Chain Pulley Block, Steel Gantry Girder with 40mm Square Rail ( Total Length 12 x 2 = 24 mtrs. The bay length shall be 12 mtrs and to be supported on the C.C. Bracket having Pitch Distance of 3.5 m (max) Approx. Suitable Base Plate and Side Insert Plates shall have to be provided on Concrete Brackets for supporting the Steel Gantry Girders,. Necessary Jointing Plates and Side Ties shall also to be provided. Girder shall be made of ISMB 200 Section (minimum size). The Crane shall be designed for Class-I Duty Indoor Operation Conforming to IS:807, IS:3177 and IS:3832 and as per Technical Specification given in NIT. Test and Guarantee Certificate have to be supplied at the time of delivery. This cost includes the cost of Erection & Commissioning of Crane at site.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at Site 2 mm. thick CRCA Sheet Steel Enclosed Cubical type Indoor Floor Mounted 415 Volt MCC Panel having required Feeders with PLC & GSM as per specification given in NIT.

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 3 core 1.1 KV Grade 1 X 50 mm2 XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable as per technical specification of NIT. (For MCC Panel to individual Induction Motor. )

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 3 core 1.1 KV Grade 4.0 Sq. mm. XLPE insulated Al.Ar Cable as per technical specification of NIT. (For MCC Panel to individual valve actuator. )

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 12 core 1.1 KV Grade 1.5 Sq. mm. XLPE insulated Copper control Cable as per technical specification of NIT.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosed Local Push Button Switch as per NIT specification for the following equipments: a) High lift Pumping Machineries&Dewatering Pumping Machineries

b) Valves

Earthing & lightning protection for Pump house, Chlorine room and electrical installation as per BIS and IE rules and as per technical specification of NIT. (Earth pit 7 nos + 2 L/A)

Supply, delivery at site and storeage of different size GI perforated cable tray at Pump house for laying of incoming & outgoing power and control cables to and from MCC Panel having proper M.S. structural support as per NIT specification and direction of EIC.

Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like suitable capacity Fire Extinguisher , sand bucket ,fire bracket, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box, 415 volt danger board complete as per specification of NIT.

Electrical Wiring & Internal illumination arrangement of Pump House as per NIT Specification.

PART-B Installation of all items as mentioned in Sl.No.1 to 11, 13 to 17, 19 & 20 (Part-A) (Except Item No 12 , 18 & 21) including construction of Pump foundations, pipe supports, valve supports, laying of cables with necessary jointing materials, earthing arrangement of motors, starters, including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc., including cost of welding etc. as required for complete installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance with specification of NIT and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Painting of the installation (viz. crane, pumps,valves, pipe lines etc. by two coats of epoxy paint (colour to be decided by EIC) over a coat of primer as per NIT specifiaction & direction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors,valves etc. as in PART A ) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.

Operation and maintenance of the entire installation in both sub-station and High lift pumping stations including low lift submersible puming machinaries (Grid I & grid II) including guarding days on 24 hrs. basis are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch and ward personnel (6 Nos.) from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials sundrys and lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of Electrical energy during maintenance period will be born by the Department.
