Disconnecting submersible motor of any capacity from electric system and lifting the pump and motor along with column pipe supporting wire, rope etc completely and lowering the whole system and connecting the electrical cable to starter after rectification of defects incl testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for dismantling submersible pump of capacities 20/25 HP part by part and segregating serviceable/unserviceable parts, replace the U/S parts painting the entire pump and refixing the plant complete as working condition at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in charge. Note: (spare parts to be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No. 02 here-in-before but capacity 7.5 HP open hole submersible pump, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in charge.

M& L for disconnecting the 25/20 HP submersible motor 3 phase 415 volts completely and shifting to the civil workshop for removing of U/S windings, bearing etc, incl cleaning the slots, rewinding with new insulated copper wire as per existing size and submersible 6 sqmm cable 04 RM and installation, testing complete as per manufacturer's instruction with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note: (spare parts excluding copper coil will be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No. 04 here-in-before but capacity 7.5 HP open hole submersible pump/ Non clogging sewage pump, omplete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of Bowl CI for submersible pump of 5 HP to 25 HP, omplete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of sleeves (S/S) for submersible pump of 5 HP to 25 HP, omplete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of rubber bush for submersible pump, omplete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of hexagonal nut & bolts for submersible pump, omplete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of neck ring for submersible pump of 5 HP to 25 HP capacities, omplete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of thrust bearing with carbon suitable for submersible pump of 5 HP to 25 HP, omplete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting the centrifugal pump/pump motor of capacities 15 HP and segregating serviceable/unserviceable parts, replace the U/S parts painting the entire pump and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size, varnishing, heating and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint and reconnecting to existing panel/MCB etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

All as per item No. 12 here-in-before but capacity 5 to 15 HP pump, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Mechanical seal, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of marking tape, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of ' O ' Ring and gasket, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Radial bearing upper, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of radial bearing lower, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of pump bearing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Shaft key, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L flushing of existing bore well of depth up to 150mtr, and with compressor air/back washing using GI pipe 20/25 mm size for a minimum period of 6 hrs or upto the time all sludge are flushed out till clear water is obtained. Conducting Yield test with ‘V’ notch of submersible pump set in the bore well complete all as per the directions of Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of MS coloumn pipe with flanged ended of size 100mm dia with 01No socket and thickness 6mm and 8TPI in both ends, length of pipe 10' including dismantling the old one from borewell, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 22 above but length of pipe 5', complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for 3 core flat 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable, multi-stranded, 1100V grade complete for submersible pump, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of OH reservoirs/Water tank of the following capacities on RCC staging by draining out water, removing all dirt, dust and mud etc by scraping down with wire brush inside wall and bottom surfaces to remove impurities and cleaning internal surfaces with bleaching powder and fresh water, including writing the capacity, date of cleaning, next due date, etc. of Capacity 100000 gallons (including 02 chambers) all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 25 here-in-before but capacity of 50000 gallons, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of the following tanks after draining out water, removing all dirt, dust and mud etc by scraping down with wire brush inside wall and bottom surfaces to remove impurities and cleaning internal surfaces with bleaching powder and fresh water , including writing the capacity and date of cleaning, etc at Aerator deck to flux mixer (22000 Gallon /h) complete all as specified and as directed

Max,Iron mg/l ,Nitrate mg/l,Chloride mg/l,Residual chlorire mg/l, Fluoride mg/l. BACTERIALOGICAL:- (b) Coliform orgnisms, Faecal coliforms.

M & L for 5 layers of gravel (50mm to 40mm size-75mm), 40mm to 20mm size-75mm, 20mm to 15mm size 75mm, 15mm to 5mm size 75mm and 5mm to3mm size-150mm followed by two layer of quartz sand dumbed and leveled near filter plant area of effective size 0.55mm to 0.7mm of uniformity coefficient not exceeding 1.5, old removed gravels/sand to be complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reparing/servicing of existing Rate of flow & loss of head combine set cap 50cub/ hr by replacing unserviciable parts, complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm size ball valve high pressure of PTMT epoxy coated aluminium rod and plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm size ball valve high pressure of PTMT epoxy coated aluminium rod and plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying & removing of pipe any sizes and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out CI pipe (sewage line) 100 mm dia with spigot and socketed ends from trenches incl opening/ burning the lead joint & cleaning for relaying, complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only CI pipe (sewage line) as obtain from above 100 mm dia spigot and socketed ends certrifugally cast, class LA tighten joint type complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated earthwork including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair to water level indicator made of aluminium base, marked with white Radium paint connected with steel wire rope 4mm dia to counter weight showing level of water containing in tank including 8" dia PVC float valve and greasing of revolving pully of as per site requirement and fixed to pillar of OH water tank capacity 5000Gln and 1 lakh Gln including safety arrangement for working person complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 4mm dia steel wire rope for water level indicator of various overhead tanks installed in AF station salua complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.
