Providing Semiunitized glazing system - SGU 6mm clear toughened Glass Unit Scope : Design, Supply & Installation of Semiunitized Glazing system. SYSTEM Design - Main Vertical frames are made up of Extruded Aluminium mullion and Horizontal frames. Main mullion frame 131x67mm is connected to the horizontal transom frame 81x67mm using Aluminium L cleat of Size 38x38x3mm thk of 8X19 PH Screws on both Sides. Vision Glass is stuck to the vertical and horizontal frame, glass fixed with Double sided tape and bonded with silicone sealant. The Gap between panel joints are filled with weather silicone sealant and Dow Corning/ G.E/ V tech/ Boss or equivalent Etc., . Powder coating thick not less than 50- 60micron, Glass 6mm thick clear toughened glass of Saint Gobain, Asahi, Gaurdian or equivalent make. The rate is inclusive of labour, materials, scaffolding etc., the work shall be carried out .all complete and directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Fixed window - SG 6mm blue reflective Toughened glass Design, Engineer,fabricate, package, deliver (to Job site) and install fixed aluminium Glazed windows made up of 34mm Series from Jindal /Bhoruka/Global/ fixed glazed panels with 5mm Thick blue reflective toughened single glass. The Glass to be fixed in H frame using necessary Snap beed compressing of EPDM gaskets etc., Use wherever applicable with all approved standard accessories and hardwares. Powder Coating 50-60 Microns. The rate is inclusive of labour, materials, scaffolding etc., the work shall be carried out .all complete and directed by the departmental officers

Providing ACP cladding- 4mm thick Design, Engineer, fabricate, package, deliver (to Job site) and install 4mm thick ACP (0.25mm aluminium sheet + 3.5mm thick LDPE + 0.25mm thick aluminium sheet ) cladding using 50x25 extruded aluminium sections for back framing for cladding etc. complete all complete complying with relevant standard specifications. The rate is inclusive of labour, materials, scaffolding etc., the work shall be carried out all complete and directed by the departmental officers

Providing ,fabricating and erection of MS Rectangular Hollow Section 96 x 48 x3.2 mm with Base Plate size 300 x 300 x 6mm for using Double height structural glazing etc The rate is inclusive of labour, materials, scaffolding etc., the work shall be carried out .all complete and directed by the departmental officers

Providing 18mm series Sliding window - SG 6mm clear annealed glass Design, Engineer,fabricate, package, deliver (to Job site) and install fixed aluminium Glazed windows made up of 18mm Series from Jindal/Bhoruka/Global/ fixed glazed panels with 6mm Thick clear annealed single glass. The Glass to be fixed to shutter necessary compressing of EPDM gaskets etc., sliding lock and nylon roller will be provided, Use wherever applicable with all approved standard accessories and hardwares. Powder Coating 50-60 Microns. The rate is inclusive of labour, materials, scaffolding etc., the work shall be carried out .all complete and directed by the departmental officers
