Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, chiseling work including hard or soft rock, decomposed, saturated soil or conglomerate including black tapping if any & stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15cms layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling dry hand packed under floor Complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Leader/Kirloskar make Sluice valve IS marked with flanged ends as per API standard complete with nuts and bolts of size of 150 mm NB (Nominal pressure) 150Kg/cm2 including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts conforming to IS Code eith latest ammendments.300mm dia PN 1:6

Providing and fixing MS Tee 300x300x300mm

Providing, welding and fixing of M.S.flanges at suitable reaches conforming to Table -28 &17(latest with upto date amendments) and welding of M.S flanges with G.I Pipes/MSERW pipe in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of Providing and laying of G.I pipes/MSERW pipe to be measured and paid for seperately)The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrode as per IS :814-1991 and required number of nuts & bolts conforming to IS:1364 The thickness of gaslet not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS:2712-1998 The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.300mm dia Table-17
