M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying priming/tack coat with using viscocity grade paving bitumen(VG-10) @ 05 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam,well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30) 9.80 kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.30 mm size and again well rammed with 8 to 10 ton road roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying of picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm and not exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS-1 confirming to IS 8887 @ 0.7 to 1.0 kg / Sqm on surface of WMM / WBM as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by the vibratory road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat withbitumen emulsion RS-1 using 5 kg / 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% of binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted by the vibratory road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying road marking paint as per IRC 35 with hot applied thermo plastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminious surface, applying of hot thermo plastic compond with minimum 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm inclusive of all surface cleaning, applying, labour charges, all taxes etc at site for complete finished item of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45 / 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm) type B1 mix complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cat eye of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repair Black and yellow colour rubber speed breaker (rumble strip) of size 500 mm x 400 mm x 75 mm height including bolting and grouting with appropriate grout material complete all as specified and as directed. . Supply and fixing in repair 32 inch Convex polycarbonate Mirror including mounting pole 75 mm dia with appropriate length fixed on ground with PCC 1:2:4 including necessary excavation and connected items complete all as specified and as directed.
