NOTES :(i)The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates.

Taking down carefully unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell socket or power) including all fittings such as switches, socket, ceiling roses , regulators and switch boxes etc complete and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm in and including PVC cassing caping of required width with all necessary fittings with sunk cast iron /pressed steel terminal box of1.6mm wall thickness and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches including 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth lead and connected to common earth doly for one light / ceiling fan/exhaust fan/bell controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No-03 above but for one light point control by two two way switches complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-03 above but for one 5 amp socket independent complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-03 above but 3 pin 5 amps socket out let point and 5 amps light point with the same board with other suitable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 4.0 Sq. mm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed single core FRLSH copper cable 1100 volts grade with multi-stranded copper conductor in and including double lock casing caping and accessories alongwith continuous earth wire 4.0 Sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed single core FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete for one socket outlet6pin15/16 amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of switch piano flush single pole one way 5 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair bell push flush type 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Switch piano type 5 Amp two way complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of sub main wiring with two single core 4.0sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH, multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked in PVC double lock casing caping and accessories accessories including one single core 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable FRLSH as earth wire and including taking out old sub-main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) All runs of copper conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one run length.

Earthing as in repair complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connetced with earthing wire 4.0mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I complete including testing on completion. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
