Taking down/out from trenches/wall/pole old unserviceable LT cable of the following sizes. Note : Earth work, DWP pipe, GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

Supply lay & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct or fixed to wall/pole etc., and connecting up complete all as specified and directed for the following size of cable:-

Supply & lay (HDPE) DWC pipe size 50 mm dia for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Gemini or approved by GE.

Supply & lay (HDPE) DWC pipe size 90 mm dia for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Gemini or approved by GE.

Supply, fixing PVC insulated multistranded copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for junction box to street light fittings all as specifed. (2 run of cable shall be measured as one running meter).

Supply and fix stove enamelled black rigid steel conduit of 20 mm dia, welded exclusive of junction box but inclusive of all fitting such as tees, bends, elbow, reducer, bell mouth tube ends and all fixing accessories, such as couplers lock, lock nuts, pipe hook etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade laid in trenches/fixed to poles, walls etc as protection of service cable all as specified of the following sizes. Make :- Tata/Jindal/Prakash Surya

Supply and fix junction box IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry upto 25 Sqmm, box size 205x255x112 mm with terminals including MCB SP 6A and fixed on pole with MS clamps including two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make :- HENSEL (Cat No :DK 2525 G) or equivalent in Neptune/Sintex.

Supply and fixing junction box IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry up to 70 Smm, Box size 300x450x170 mm with 04 terminals/bus bar rating 150 Amps including GI clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Make : HENSEL (Cat No K-7004).

Supply and fixing in repair MCB DP 06 to 32 Amp compete all as specified and directed.

M & L road cutting of size 30 cm width x 45 cm depth for laying of cables incl making good the road with necessary returning filling and bituminous portion with concrete and bituminous mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4, 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing all as directed.

M&L for plate earthing with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 25x4 mm bolted (with GI nut, bolts & check nuts) and revited to earth plate at one end and connected to mettalic bodies of HT/LT equipmemts etc at the other end including 32mm GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with eadrth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm grade cushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including earthing resistance testing report submit in sub division by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. M & L lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000 volts. Make : Jaipuria brothers/Lamco/Oblum.

Supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50 mm height, 65 mm dia for 11000 volts grade.

Supply and Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white brown or green "Two -in-series" assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts.

Supply and fix stay assembly as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR part I comprising of 7/3.15 mm galvanised mild steel stranded stay wire of required length fixed to pole with and including FI clamps of size 50x6 mm, bolts, nuts, washers, stay rod of 20 mm dia 2.15 mtrs long, stay bow with nuts bolts washers, galvanised steel plate 230x230x6 mm including loop insulators over all dimensions 140 mm cleearance of hole 25.5 mm complete including taking down old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and directed.
