Providing laying and compacting granular base/sub-base according to lines, grades and cross- sections by using naturally accuring sand gravel/conforming to IRC Grade2 of MOST specification free from organic or other deleterious constituents compact by rolling with power roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity in layers not exceeding 150mm (spread thickness) including rolling of the road surface to proper level & grade 30cm width edging on both sides etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(with carriage charge of all materials)

Providing and laying one layer W.B.M. 7.5 cm consolidated thickness using 1.00 cum of stone aggt conforming to IRC Grades per 10 sqm of road surface and 0.23 cum of binder materials of approved quality per 10 sqm of road surface including consolidation of the same, rolling of the surface to camber, super elevation and grade by using template, straight edges and spirit level in layers not exceeding 100 mm to 130 mm thick (spread thickness), dry and wet rolling with 8 to 10 tonne roller including earth edging 30 cm width on both sides and applying binding materials as specified (with carriage charge of all materials)a) IRC Grade - II

Providing 25mm thick semi-dense carpeting coarse aggrt. fine aggrt. and filler required grade conforming to table 500.11 of IRC specification of sufficient to yield specified thickness after compaction including through dressing of surface,screening and cleaning of stone materials making component including coarse aggregate fine aggregate and filler to obtain homogeneous mixture with requisite quantity of binder @ 5.50% by weight to mix,mixing the quantity in hot mix plant conforming to IS 3066 and laying the mixture uniformly to specified grate line and cross section over the existing surface.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drrains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m a)Loose/soft soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in a) 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing form works i/c centering and shuttering so as to give a rough finish, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 m and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

25 mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 20 mm & down gauge) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock ) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50m.
