Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Manufaturing, supplying and fixing in position steel widows/ vendilators of the following types outer frames shall be made out of steel section conforming to IS 7452/1990 t of Z secton(F.7D) of size 25mm x 20mm x 3mm and mullins are made of (F4B) J section of size 46 mm x 25mm x 3mm and sash bars shall be made of 'T' section (T2) of size 25mm x 22mm x 3mm including providing handle cum latch with suitalble open shall be left for its easy operation and adjustable wind stay of suffient wind stay of sufficent length shall be 12mm MS squre gured. bars shall intervals not exceding 100mm spacing and welding 18g MS sheet for panes charge and concrete and redoing the same duly packed with cocrete etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.
