M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips/lines/dashes/arrows/letters (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermosplatic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoes glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoes driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials labour etc on new/old road surface including T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt seals, oil, grease and foreigh material etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The rates shall be inclusive of mixing glass beads (ballotini) in thermoplastic material. (ii) The quantity of ballotini included/mixed during the manufacture of material should not be less than 20% by mass of mixture or applied to the surface of the thermoplastic immediately application is complete @ 300 grms / sqm as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. The ballotini shall comply with BS6088 : 1981 (1993) "Specification for Solid Glass Beads for use with Road Marking".
Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed.
M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of shape and size approved by Engineer-in-Chrage, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade , complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregates in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling road STUD (CAT eyes), solar studs, refelective convex mirror, speed bump of any size complete all as specified and directed.
S&F road STUD (CAT eyes) of size 100x100x20mm made of polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic retro- reflective lens panel of approved colour on both side for maximum retro reflection in wet and dey condition non breakable dust proof type fixed with epoxy chemical nails screws and clamps, complete all as specified and directed.
S&F solar studs RED, Amber or white of size 100 x 100 x 21mm, height without stump - 21mm, height with stump 55mm, stump dia 33mm, LEDs electronically operated with 4 Nos solar cell, Battery - 1600MA/1.2 volts Ni-Mh mono-crystalline 2.4v/0.3 watt, aluminium reflective frame- ploycarbonate weight of stud 360 gms, complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed including taking down of existing one.
