M & L for 40 mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors/path and paving etc, finished even & rough, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exe 15cm thick below or above GL all as directed & cleaning premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc.63mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to old random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought up to courses buit in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to old random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and as directed .
