G .x 2plies x 4 points at 75mm apart with angle iron intermediate fencing posts not more than 1800mm apart and straining and end post etc. as necessary to be fitted with straining eye bolts and staples etc.complete as directed, specification of the angle iron post as given below.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos.( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary forest royelty, sales tax, land compensation, municipal gate fees, if any monopoly duty etc. (profile measurement to be taken and 12.5% deduction for shrinkage to be made from total quantity) etc. complete as directed and specified. Construction of Approach Road

Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed. A) Ordinary soil

EXTRA LEAD AND LIFT Extra lead (for earth work) for every 30 M or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30M

Collection of sand gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel of size 25 mm to 60 mm) free from dust and dirt including stacking in measurable stacks at quarry site and making payment of forest royalty etc. as directed complete.

Carriage of boulders, gravels, metal screening, stacking in measurable stacks at site, complete as directed. (A) For Normal Road upto 25.00 KM (ii) With Contractor's Profit & GST

Labour charges for spreading hard river shingles / sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway etc. including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials lead upto 30.00 M and lift 1.50 M. Complete as directed.

Construction of Control Room

Earth work in excavation fof foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc, including racking out joints and curing etc, complete as directed. (In Prop. 1:3)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cementconcrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stoneaggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived fromnatural sources)

River sand filling in plinth, canal bed, canal slopes, bases of structure, etc in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, watering etc,complete as directed as specified.

Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

RCC work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirtwall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including curing etc. with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete asdirected. (Shuttering,scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping,under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarsesand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardenermix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) byvolume, hardeningcompound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’sspecifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding thecost of nosingof steps etc. complete.

Construction of Sign Board

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.

Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Movement of drilling Rig , Tools & Plants, Accessories including drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back.

Boring of DTW of bore hole up to 600mm dia up to a depth of 110 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required tools & Plants, materials & labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas ( means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsiolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-1) of 1991. ( soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000M)t

Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 300mm PVC housing pipe for casing assembly of wall thickness of 11.2 mm to 14.5 mm including supply of well cap, sockets, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.

Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra) The following data should be reflected in the report of development 1. Static water level 2. Drawdown at various discharge 3. Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 150 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Ftting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 150mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Installation of 16 KW (or 16000 Watt) off grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for energizing the 15 HP submersible pump set
