Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.]

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in position pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate) kerb stone of size 450 mm high, 150 mm average thick & 600 mm long, each stone joined with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) over a base of cement mortar, including excavation, bed concrete 300 wide & 100 thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 concrete, painting of exposd surfaces etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :With common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and laying non-pressure NP-2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :150 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Supplying and filling good earth for lawns & in plantation area, in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth in one operation including removal of debris/ un-wanted material, consolidation, dressing, levelling and watering etc. complete as per direction of the Site Engineer/ Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Volume of earth to be calculated for the payment shall be the volume of stacked earth after reduction by 20%).

Supply, stacking and mixing Cow Dung/ Neem oil cake/ Agro meal with earth in required proportion and spreading the mixture in lawn and or filling in specified areas inclusive of charges of all duties, royalty, cost of carriage etc. up to any distance. (Note: Cow Dung/ Neem oil cake/ Agro meal/ Manure shall be measured in stacks and will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Grassing with approved quality doob grass in rows of 7.5 cm apart in either direction, in lawns etc. including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till grass forms a thick free from weeds and fit for mowing including supply and filling good earth, if required, during maintenance period (Note: The good earth shall be paid separately under relevant item).

Digging holes and refilling the earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 part earth : 1 part manure) including flooding with water, removal of rubbish and surplus earth (if any), spraying with insecticides complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and direction of the Site Engineer. (Note: Cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth, if needed shall be paid separately under relevant item).Holes 0.6 metre deep and 0.6 metre diameter.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50 m & lift up to 1.5 m complete. (Note: Cost of sludge, manure or extra earth shall be paid for seperately under relevant item).

Supply and planting sapling (not less than 45 cm in height and 60 cm centre to centre) of Casurina, Labrum, Gulmohar, Ashokas, Bottle Palm, Bougenvilla, Hibiscus, Roses or other approved type of variety of plants, watering & maintenance for 30 days minimum complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
