Supply and laying, in replacement, of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 25 Sq mm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc . Note : 1. The cost of Aluminium thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, DWC protection pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per ser item No 1.00 above but 16 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil by not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth below ground level for foundation of poles/ stays/cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps etc of size75 mm outer dia and 61 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement FR grade polycarbonate thermoplastic outdoor cable junction box hinged/screwed transprant door type of size 200x160x 98 mm for 3 Phase and Nutral incoming cable, 3 Phase and Nutral outgoing cable with terminals and single Phase & Nutral connection for light fitting, 4 pole, 415 volt and one MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 Volt and clamp system (screw less), shock proof safe, IP-66, weather proof, rust, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provision metric knockouts for new cable or making connection to junction box of existing cable entry through gland suitable for 16sq mm to 25sq mm cable as required at site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multistranded copper conductor wire 10 Sqmm size, 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling hole under the road with the help of drilling machine without damaging the road horizontally for rod crossing for laying GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing / laying in replacement galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade ) and chamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and connecting to earth up to 6 meter length complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PART 1 , with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switch, DBs) complete all as specified & testing on completion.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED street light 90 W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing , IP-65/66 protection, high power LED street light with the heat resistant thoughened glass lens and making electrical connections pvc insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor from street light to junction box complete all as specified and as directed. " Notes:- 1. Driver shall be potted antivibration type. 2 . LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. 3. CRI (colour Rendring Index) of fixture shall be ≥ 70. 4. CCT (colour correlated Temp) of fixture shall be 5700K±300K. 5. System Lumen Efficiency shall be>100 Lm/W. 6. 10 KV separate Surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. 8. The fitting shall have arrangement so that maintenance required , if any can be carried out from Top cover.

Supply & Fix in replacement flood Light Luminaire 200 watt with .high power LED cool white, supply voltage 220/240/50 Hz, light engine driver base. pole adapter, pressure die cast polycarbonate, powder coated in IP 66 life of 50000 hrs.Incliding protection of O/C,S/C,O/V, over temperature and lightning protection inbuilt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing inreplacement street light mounting bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm dia light Grade not less than with 1.5 (90cmx60cm) mtr long in any shape including clamps made from 40mm x 6 mm strip, nuts, bolts, washers etc and painting with aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/maint of high mast pole,checking of control panel, motor stater, control wiring, gear box, switches for Up / down travel light frame,rope and gear box etc including oiling, greasing, welding of shaft etc complete if required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of steel wire rope 6 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out electric motor 1.0 HP 3 Phase 415 V dismantling , taking out burnt winding wire and rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire, baking, vernishing etc and reassembling testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of bearing suitable for 1.0 HP 3 Phase 415 V motor complete all as specified and as directed.
